In which language will the event be held?

The presentations will be held in English.

Is there a participation fee?

No, participation in the event is free of charge for invited guests.

How can I register?

Please register via the corresponding link on our MAPLAN Day of Technology 2026 landing page.

Until when can I register?

The number of available places is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I change or cancel my registration?

Yes. Please contact our event team at event@maplan.at – we will be happy to assist you.

May I bring an accompanying person?

Participation is limited to invited guests only. If you would like to register an accompanying person, please contact our event team in advance at event@maplan.at.

Are guided factory tours available?

Yes, guided factory tours will be offered. Registration is possible via the corresponding link on our landing page.

Will a shuttle service be provided from the hotel to the event location?

Yes, a shuttle service will be available from our MAPLAN partner hotels to our production site as well as to the venue of the exclusive evening event.

Do I need to register in advance for specific program items?

Yes. You can register in advance for both the shuttle buses and the factory tours via our landing page.

What is the recommended dress code for the event?

Business Casual.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, free parking is available directly at our production site for all participants.

How can I reach the event location?

Shuttle buses will be available from our MAPLAN partner hotels.
Alternatively, you may also travel by car.

• Take the A2 Southern Motorway towards Graz
• Exit at Kottingbrunn (or the nearest exit)
• Follow the signs towards Kottingbrunn / Industrial Area
• MAPLAN is signposted on site

Arrival from Graz / Southern Austria
• Take the A2 Southern Motorway towards Vienna
• Exit at Kottingbrunn
• Continue towards Kottingbrunn / Industrial Area
• MAPLAN is signposted on site

Arrival from Western Austria / Germany
• Take the A1 Western Motorway towards Vienna
• At the Steinhäusl junction, switch to the A21 Vienna Outer Ring Motorway
• Continue onto the A2 Southern Motorway towards Graz
• Exit at Kottingbrunn, then follow the signs towards the Industrial Area
